Charlotte Eastleigh

A naturally talented writer and trained vocalist and actress, with a particular love of puppetry.

In addition to her enchanting performance skills, Charlotte’s flair for writing poetry and stories in rhyme recalls those childhood days of bedtime stories and tales around the campfire.   Her writing and poetry have been showcased on stage in Bristol with excellent reviews.

During her 2 year university training in theatre and film performance, followed by a year working as an English language teacher in Spain, Charlotte has discovered an enthusiasm for working with children, which strongly influences her professional direction.

Before acting and writing became a part of her life, Charlotte’s first love was music.   She plays the piano and is now learning the violin, as well enjoying regular Rastafarian drumming sessions in Bath.   Charlotte’s musical qualities extend to the romantic and ethereal tones of her singing voice.   She also has a passion for dancing to the exciting rhythms of Latin dance and flamenco!

Having written for the stage a series of children's stories in rhyme, Charlotte’s next endeavour is to publish her work as illustrated storybooks for audiences to enjoy at home long after the show is over!

Ewart Shindler

A fully self-taught and exceptionally gifted artist, sculptor and puppet maker, with a passion for film.

With his meticulous eye for detail, Ewart designs, creates and produces magical, mysterious and beautifully grotesque characters, captivating audiences and bringing our storytelling events to life!

Ewart is fascinated with all aspects of the natural world – both living and extinct – and in particular, those supernatural creatures of legend and the paranormal, whose mysteries have haunted humanity since the beginning of time! This appreciation of natural and unnatural curiosities has inspired his portfolio of excellently crafted sculptures and macabre creations: E.J. Shindler's Wunderkammer

During his childhood years living in New Zealand, Ewart discovered films by the then little-known director, Peter Jackson, whose dark and hilarious concepts and characters steered Ewart’s own passion for film and film making.   This would eventually lead him to return as a mature student to Plymouth College of Art, to complete with triple distinction a 2 year course in film making.

Having directed and produced some excellent, evocative, and humorous short films, Ewart is now in the initial stages of a feature length production.
